Programme online for UK Institutional Web Management Workshop 2009
2009 April 21
Having used Ideascale to crowdsource ideas for presentations, the programme for the 2009 Institutional Web Management Workshop is now online (no booking available yet – EDIT booking now available here).
The workshop (conference?) runs over 3 days, 28-30 July 2009, and keynote talks include:
- Headlights on Dark Roads, Derek Law (University of Strathclyde)
- Servicing ‘Core’ and ‘Chore’, David Harrison and Joe Nicholls (University of Cardiff)
- Making your killer applications…killer!, Paul Boag (Headscape)
- How the BBC make websites, Michael Smethurst and Matthew Wood (BBC)
No mention of where the conference will be held on the University of Essex campus, but I’m hoping it’s the fantastic looking Ivor Crewe Lecture Hall, dismissed by Prince Charles as a dustbin in 2006.
