Social media response times for universities

Rachel Reuben asks ‘What’s an important response time for enquirers?‘ (and conversation follows in the comments..). This ought to be a major consideration for any organisation moving into a new communication medium, though I can’t say I share the enthusiasm of the commenters for encouraging staff members to be replying to facebook wall posts at 4 in the morning…
